By signing up for a web hosting account, all user's agree to abide by this policy whether they have read it or understand it or not.

Find the Fish Hosting reserves the right to change this Policy any time. By using our web hosting services, you agree to comply with our acceptable usage policy. Please refer to this policy every couple of months to ensure you are up to date with our terms of service. Thank you.

Content
Find the Fish Hosting servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non-acceptable content or links: Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots. The subscriber to Find the Fish Hosting service agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Find the Fish Hosting from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.

Pornography, adult content, and sex-related links or merchandising is prohibited on all Find the Fish Hosting servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Find the Fish Hosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Find the Fish Hosting does not host competitor sites or web pages promoting sites of its competitors.

Any deliberate attempt to cause damage to Find the Fish Hosting or any other Internet servers will result in immediate account deactivation without prior notice. No refund is given in this case.

Email
Find the Fish Hosting servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames or mail bombs. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. Find the Fish Hosting considers spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of newsgroups and e-mail. If you are found to have spammed, then we reserve the right to immediately, without warning, disable your domain. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. We reserve the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content they may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Moreover, any site selling or promoting bulk email software, service, or addresses is forbidden.

IRC
We do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Chat Rooms
Find the Fish Hosting does not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as a account option.

CGI-Scripts
Every Find the Fish Hosting account comes with its own CGI-bin. Please feel free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effect normal server operation or service to other Find the Fish Hosting customers. For the protection of all our customers, we also reserve the right to discontinue service to those customers who continue to run scripts that effect normal server operation.

Reselling of Domain Space
We currently do not offer a solution for our clients to resell domain space. Any attempt to resell domain space will result in immediate termination of hosting services without a refund of unused services.

Traffic
In the event your site exceeds your traffic limit your site will be automatically suspended until such time that you make arrangements with Find the Fish Hosting. Over limit data transfer costs are $5/gigabyte once you exceed your limit.

Server Abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Find the Fish Hosting server or customer of Find the Fish Hosting is strictly prohibited.

Any sub-networks of Find the Fish Hosting and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies. The failure to meet or follow any of the above guidelines are grounds for account deactivation. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice.

Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Find the Fish Hosting harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Find the Fish Hosting, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Find the Fish Hosting against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Find the Fish’s Hosting server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Find the Fish’s Hosting server.

Disclaimer
Find the Fish Hosting will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Find the Fish Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Find the Fish Hosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Find the Fish Hosting and its employees. Find the Fish Hosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
